Honestly, favorite museum of all time. It houses many amazing finds like the mask of Agamemnon, statue of Zeus/Poseidon (disputed), statue of Aphrodite fighting off a satyr... Truly worth the visit!

My favorite museum in all of Athens. Unfortunately didn't have time to finish it all because there's so much and it's so fascinating. You can't miss it.

The gift shop operates on a separate schedule from the museum's opening hours, closing earlier on some days. It might be best to visit the shop before the museum exhibitions.
