Built in the 1590's by Sir Thomas Tresham, an avid Roman Catholic, during the reign of Elizabeth I. The building is encased with shedloads of imagery and codes, mainly based around the Holy Trinity. - Three sides, 3 stories, each side 33 feet long, with 3 windows snd 3 gables etc....
